Cuiver is a software platform for the management and operation of sports clubs.

Certain Cuiver services may additionally be subject to specific terms and conditions, including the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy (including its cookies section), and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement between Cuiver and a sports club.

Cuiver provides cloud-based software designed to help sports clubs manage their organisational and sporting activities.

Depending on the plan and functionality available, Cuiver may provide tools for:

• Club and team management.
• Seasons and categories.
• Player, coach and staff management.
• Calendars and events.
• Training management.
• Convocations.
• Attendance and availability.
• Match management.
• Sporting statistics.
• Reports and sporting information.
• Injury and recovery management.
• Communication between authorised users.
• Other club-management functionality made available by Cuiver.

Cuiver may modify, update, add or remove functionality from the Service over time.

Access to certain Cuiver functionality requires registration and authentication.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials.

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to Cuiver, including the software, website, source code, user interface, visual design, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, documentation and other materials provided by Cuiver, belong to Cuiver or its licensors.

The user or sports club providing such content remains responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions and legal basis to provide and use that content.

Users must not upload content that infringes the rights of third parties or applicable law.

Cuiver may remove or restrict access to content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, respond to a valid legal request, or enforce the applicable terms.

Cuiver provides software and infrastructure for sports clubs.

Each sports club remains responsible for the information and content it enters into Cuiver and for the manner in which it uses the Service.

This includes responsibility for:

• The accuracy of information entered into the platform.
• The lawful collection and use of personal data.
• Appropriate permissions and authorisations concerning players, parents, guardians, coaches and staff.
• The management of information concerning minors.
• The lawful processing of health or injury-related information.
• The content of communications and reports created by club users.
• The permissions granted to users within the club.

Where Cuiver processes personal data on behalf of a sports club, the relevant relationship is governed by the applicable data protection documentation and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.

Cuiver will use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and proper operation of the Service.

However, Cuiver does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The Service may occasionally become unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance.
• Technical failures.
• Infrastructure or network failures.
• Security incidents.

• Circumstances outside Cuiver's reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, Cuiver will attempt to minimise the impact and duration of interruptions.

• Decisions made by a club or its users based on information contained in the Service.
• Unauthorised use of an account resulting from the user's failure to protect their credentials.
• Third-party services or infrastructure outside Cuiver's reasonable control.

• Content uploaded by users or sports clubs.
• The unlawful use of the Service by users.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Users may receive communications necessary for the operation of their Cuiver account or the services provided, including:
