Cuiver is a club management platform designed for sports clubs and their members.

The platform may allow clubs and their authorised users to manage information relating to clubs, seasons, teams, players, coaches, staff members, parents or guardians and other people involved in the club.

Depending on the features used by a club, this may include information relating to schedules, events, attendance, convocations, matches, statistics, reports, injuries, recovery plans, communications and other sporting activities.

Depending on how Cuiver is used, we may process the following categories of personal data:

Users should generally direct requests concerning the club's use of their personal data to the relevant sports club in the first instance.

Cuiver may use third-party service providers to operate and provide the Service.

These providers may process personal data on behalf of Cuiver and/or the relevant sports club where applicable.

Cuiver does not knowingly use children's personal data for advertising or sell such information to third parties.

Where Cuiver allows users or clubs to upload photographs, videos or other media, such content may contain personal data.

The sports club or authorised user uploading such content is responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate legal basis and permissions to upload and use the content through the Service.

Cuiver does not use club-uploaded media for advertising or unrelated purposes unless otherwise expressly stated and legally permitted.
